It's a javascript animation library. I can only presume that this info was left out of the headline in order to generate clicks.

I’m thinking it probably generates fewer. FWIW, I think the default choices are good (love morph), but no dials is going to get pretty limiting pretty quickly. I’d rather have a fuller library, just with good defaults.
