I know, 30 years ago it was probably very tempting to have a website with a name that could be shortened to WWW, but still, it's a bit strange that a site with such a name only focuses on English?

The site appears to have been maintained by a single man from the UK. It's not strange.

Why link directly to the index instead of the home page, which at least spares some words to describe what this is, including in the page title?
